ABSTRACT SUBMISSION

PLEASE READ ALL THE INFORMATION BEFORE SUBMITTING AN ABSTRACT

Important points for submitting an abstract:

  1. There is no specific theme for the conference. When submitting an abstract you will need to select a topic
  2. Once you have signed in, you will be redirected to the abstract submissions page (after completing payment for registration)
  3. Currently you will not need to submit a full paper for the Conference.
  4. You should receive an email confirmation with your username and password from committee.

ABSTRACT REVIEW PROCESS:

  1. Each abstract is reviewed blindly by two reviewers drawn from reviewers who have the relevant expertise.
  2. Only the one abstract will be accepted per main author

750 word abstract of the conference, and must include the title, author and co-author’s name (if any) and affiliation. Also including references which must be part of the submission.

BASIC SUBMISSION RULES

  1.  Language:English
  2. Paper length Abstract: less than 750 words within 2 pages
  3. Full paper: within 12 pages, including references, tables/ charts and keywords
  4. Key words:3-5 words
  5. Font: 12-point, Times New Roman
  6. Paragraph: Single-spaced
  7. Margin:Normal(Top :2.54 cm , Bottom: 2.54 cm; Left : 3.18cm, Right: 3.18cm)
  8. Page numbers: Bottom-centered
  9. Layout: One-column Portrait
  10. Format:MS Word-compatible file

REVIEWING CRITERIA

  • Clarity of the focus of the research
  • Originality of the abstract
  • Significance of the research for education practice, policy or theory
  • The coherence of abstract

Authors will be notified of the date and time of the presentation if accepted after the early bird deadline, when all presenters need to register. This is to ensure once the programme is grouped, this consists of confirmed presenters only.
